What each Order Status Means
A quick explanation of each status you may see when tracking your order.
Pending payment
Your order has been received and is awaiting payment.
Processing
Your order is confirmed and being prepared for shipping or installation.
On hold
Your order is temporarily on hold to confirm details or product availability, and we'll contact you.
Completed
Your order has been delivered or the service has been completed successfully.
Cancelled
The order was cancelled at your request or because it could not be completed.
Refunded
The order amount has been refunded in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
